Quiet appliance recommendations

Hello

Looking for quiet appliance recommendations as going to have a large open plan room and tiled floor so freaking out that it will drive me crazy.

Can anyone recommend a quiet

• medium large family fridge freezer
• extractor fan (conventional chimney style)
• kettle? On off switch is intermittent on our relatively new Bosch one and driving me bonkers

Stove top kettles are quiet (until the water boils).

My extractor fan isn’t that quiet so I can’t recommend it but the decibels are provided in descriptions so you’ll know exactly which one is the quietest.

Or you could get hot water tap instead of a kettle.
