I live in a terrace, it’s a through by light. I have attached a diagram. I am the orange house. I need to get my roof fixed which means scaffolding going up at the back. There’s no obvious access to the back. You can see the property that owns the land out back and there should be no problem - except there is a 6ft wall where the blue line is. This pretty much cuts their property off from the land. It’s basically waste land and definitely isn’t garden.
How would you go about getting access to the back of our house?!?
