Thinking of buying a house in a great road, needs rewiring, gas connecting (gas is in the road but not in the house- oil fired boiler weird) new kitchen, adding en suite, new bathroom and decorating including flooring. It's got a new roof and is solid, no leaks,damp etc. Reckon it would be on the market for about £80k more if it had all these things done. Am I crazy??
