Positive Stories of Selling your House/Flat

We're trying to sell our flat but having zero luck (absolutely zero, not even one viewing in four weeks). We lowered the price yesterday so fingers crossed it might help but the market for flats in our area is super saturated so I have low hopes.

Does anyone have any positive stories about selling after a long time on the market or in a crappy market? I need some good news stories and positivity!

Are you selling with an estate agent? Are you offering virtual viewings? There maybe other reasons as to why not getting views other than the price.

Yes to both. Estate Agent + Virtual viewing available. There are about 45 flats within a mile of where we're selling to a lot of competition sadly.

How are the photographs that your estate agents have taken? Really if there’s that much competition then they need to be good and often estate agents don’t know how to show off a property to it’s best advantage.
