I'm in the final process of exchanging contracts but an entry in the search for a roof work\conservatory which the seller denied ever carrying out. I believe the seller because the entry was lodged 8 Jun 2020 which is strange.
My offer was accepted a week before lockdown in March. How could the seller begin a work on a house already on sell?
I believe there's a mistake somewhere but don't know what to do?
Any advice please?
