Hey everyone,
My wife and I are looking to buy a 3-bed house in either Godalming, Farncombe or Milford. We currently live in South Croydon in a 2 bed flat but are hoping to give our 2-year-old boy a sibling soon so need to upsize :-) We both work in central London but in this new Covid era we'll only be going in 2 days a week so these suburbs are feasible now.
We were originally looking at Guildford because of its proximity to my parents in Reading but our £500k budget doesn't get much there. We're just hoping for some advice on which areas are nice, which to avoid, where you'd recommend out of the three and anything other pointers/tips you might have. Hope you're all well and safe.
