Hi guys, my husband and I are thinking about moving to Worthing. We currently live in London with our 6 month old daughter.
I want to know what areas are the nicer areas in Worthing, where is the cheapest and expensive areas to live and what are some of the good nurseries in the area etc.
I have tried find out this information on other websites but i have had no luck! We are visiting Worthing next week to get a feel for it but if anyone knows the area, houses, jobs etc in Worthing that would be great! Thank you so much :) wish me luck!

We’re in South London but often visit Worthing as it’s only a 1h drive to the beach there. I think West Worthing or the bits inland are the smarter ones. The town centre comes across as a mixture of smarter houses and run down bedsits. There’s a lovely leisure centre on the seafront, a lovely playground on the sea front in West Worthing. The Crab Shack does epic seafood.

I know nothing about the nurseries. The website below is where you can check where the best schools are.

I am from a village just north of Worthing.
I would say to look at Pulborough, West Chiltington, Storrington, Goring, Ferring, Yapton, Arundel, Walberton.
Worthing is defiantely cheaper than some of these places.
Feel free to PM me for more specific advice.

Are you going to do state education? If so Broadwater c of e is the most desired I think and Thomas a Beckett. Charmandean, Broadwater , findon valley etc are all lovely areas and towards west Worthing
