Gift for builders

Hi, can anyone offer ideas of what to get our builders/project manager as a thank you gift? They’ve done an amazing job and only finished the build 3 weeks late despite Covid. They don’t drink so booze is not an option! Thanks

A voucher for somewhere nice locally to eat? Plus a glowing post on your local social media group to help them get more work? They sound brilliant.

A food hamper? I like the idea of a voucher for somewhere nice to eat as PP said but you have to be sure they will go there, maybe a voucher for somewhere more general such as John Lewis would be more likely to be used? Or possibly even just a tip to each of them would be appreciated too?

they sound amazing!! A colleague at work was due to have her work finished in Feb, and its still nowhere near done!

A cash tip would be appreciated I'm sure.

Actually @Bamaluz that’s probably a better shout. A cash bonus in a thank you card would show thought and probably be more useful.

I've always paid a little extra as a 'thank you'. That way they can decide how they wish to spend it.

Thanks, good ideas. I will go for vouchers. And yes, I am recommending them locally as they have been brilliant!

Cash is better than vouchers, you don't tip with vouchers.
