Selling flat and integrated appliance not working

Hello!

We are getting ready to place our flat on the market and we're fixing all the bits and Bob's to make it more saleable. However, we have an integrated dishwasher that's never worked and don't really want to spend the cash on getting a new one. Do we have to fix it before we sell or can we sell as is?

As long as you’re honest and say space for dishwasher it’s not an issue

Great thank you, we also have no kitchen door. It was removed as the space was too small by previous owners and we just kept it that way. Would this be an issue?

Check fire regs about the door, you may need special fire detectors for example

We also removed our kitchen door to make life easier and it was never shut

They probably wouldn’t notice
