Hello everyone
I've been thinking of buying in co-owning an ex-council house in Irlam and wondered if it would make a good investment? It's a 3 bedroomed house and the Kitchen is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs which will be swapped around. I asked when the switch had been done could the bathroom be made smaller so an additional bedroom be added and was told it would devalue the house.
