Tile paint recommendations!

Does it work? Is it worth bothering with? I'm moving into a rental property and the tiles are bright blue. I was hoping to paint them cream.

We used rust-oleum universal rule paint, had to do three costs to block out our dark blue/green tiles but the end result is brilliant, have tried picking at it but it's well and truly stuck on. Had previously used international tile paint and it was utter shite, peeled off very quickly.
