Hi , my elderly father owns a park home that’s in urgent exterior repair
I don’t know where to turn the park manager can’t advise on builders I’ve phoned help the aged who can’t help , the local council the same . Can anyone advise please ? I would like a good reputable company that do a good job at a reasonable price I can’t stand the thought that he would be ripped off or have a bad job done

There are magazines for park homes that have adverts in the back - some are for national companies. You’d get a rough idea of costs before posting on a local FB page perhaps?

@Applejack87 - Hi - there are a number of static home groups on facebook that will probably be able to give recommendations. Try the following:

If you join and start a post saying where the home is located and what you are looking for there are a lot of very helpful people on there. Good luck.

I would also dig out his contract and see what that says, only sometimes they will state who can do the work e.g. might only be certain companies (the site will probably get a commission).

Another place to try is www.moneysavingexpert.com as there is a forum on there for Park Homes. I think that deals more with legislation but sure you could ask a question.
