Tile edge finish

Hi - any ideas on how to make the edging on this look half decent? Thanks

You need an edging strip. Now these are normally put on so that there is a bit that goes behind the tile and the edge bit covers, well, the edge.

But - it is possible, with a very sharp knife, to cut the bit off that should be behind when fitting the tiles, and just silicone the actual edge bit in place. I have to say it looked really good when I’d done it. It was in my last house so I can’t do a photo.

They come in different sizes so you would have to measure how deep the tile edge is that needs covering and it’s an external edge trim you would need.
