Help! How to remove the glass top from this table

It was assembled by the staff from the furniture shop when we bought it 10 years ago. I didn't pay any attention, just let them get on with it. But now we need to get rid of it and we can't do anything until we take the glass top off. As you can see in the photo there's a steel piece that fits inside a hole in the steel frame, on the underside of the table top. Over the years 3 of them have fallen out! I kept them but didn't bother to put them back in as the table was never moved and we always had a covering on it so the holes were never seen. But this last one is still in place and we've no idea how to remove it! DH thinks they were glued originally. Does anyone have any idea how to get it out?? Can't get my new table & chairs in until this one is gone 😩

The fist pic shows the steel piece that's stuck to the underside of the glass top

The second pic is one of the steel pieces that has fallen off over the years, just to show what it actually looks like

The last pic is the hole where one of those pieces fell from. There are just 4 in the corners of the steel frame and only 1 now remaining.

Our immediate thought is that the steel cap unscrews to reveal the bolt. Have you tried that?

Yes, nothing unscrews. Could it have been glued on??

I think it comes with a long pin at the bottom of the feet holding the feet unscrew it.
