So our property is on the market anyway and we have been pretty busy with viewings and a couple of offers in the last two weeks... 4 viewings booked today for the weekend and the estate agents are so busy they haven't been able to pick up all the answer-machine calls from today...

they have been pretty busy anyway but he says it has gone crazy today - maybe this stimulus package will have a bit of an impact - I guess it might have been better a month or six weeks ago to help people that would try to complete before Schools go back.

We will keep our price the same regardless as this is what we feel it is worth but I wonder if there will be unmet demand, he didn't say if the business today is people wanting to buy or go on the market.

I guess any market activity must be good at the moment as it will create other spending, i hope it isn't short lived.

The footfall suggests that your price is acceptable, but honestly too soon to go getting very pumped up. New to market often brings a flurry of interest, only time will tell if those viewers are serious (are they on the market themselves even?) or are total time wasters or speculators wanting a distress sale bargain. Good luck!
