Saw an older post asking about this outfit. Look at Trustpilot to find out how appalling this shower are. I am now the proud owner of a bisto table which apparently doesn't require the two chairs I paid for at the same time. Call the number and they tell you that they are very busy and cut off the call. Can't access any other way. Nightmare, and the worst so called customer service it has been my misfortune to receive in many years of internet shopping. £50 plus out of pocket, and frustrated beyond belief. Do yourself a favour and don't deal with these crooks.

I hear Swoon Editions are just as bad. I generally avoid both.

We had a chest of drawers from them. No problems at all.

Do they respond to emails? I bought several stuff from Maison Du Monde and never had any problems. Once a mirror arrived broken and they refunded me in full quickly.

If they haven't fulfilled their contract with you by supplying you with what you paid for, contact your bank or credit card people and claim the money back.

We had quite a lot of furniture from them 2 years ago and it was all lovely, no problems. We ordered a couple of bits recently and both items arrived damaged. I tried to go through the returns process but it seemed so arduous that I repaired/patched up the damaged bits and kept them. Won't order from them again I don't think.
