New build ideas

We moved into our new build just before lockdown. Our living room is a nightmare to try and coordinate as the tv points are in completely the wrong location.
Before we moved in we were wanting to do something like the picture below. When we moved in the tv point was the completely wrong side and then lockdown happened so we put it on the back burner.
Has anyone got something like the picture below. How much did it cost you roughly and have you had any regrets?
Any help would be amazing because it's doing my head in!

I dont have the media wall but do have a new build where the TV point was on the side of the wall where you wouldn't put the TV.

I got an extra long aerial kit and my dad did some kind of magic where he attached it to the wall by the floor and in front of patio doors ( it isn't noticeable or in the way) and round the room to the tv side. It is doable so I wouldn't worry about tv having to be on the 'wrong' side.
If you wanted a new aerial point put in then I have no idea but should be possible.

@AvoidingRealHumans it's such a pain isn't it. I didn't realise we could just extend the cable 😂 that's much easier than what I was thinking haha.
Thank you

That first picture looks awful. You'd always be straining your neck looking upwards!

@hgaj couldn't find a better picture of what I wanted at the time!
Basically I want to extend the wall forward and build my TV into it with a fireplace underneath potentially. We can't put the tv on the wall the side we want it as it's just a stud wall and wouldn't hold it so would need to build outwards for it to have something to sit on if that makes sense

@hgaj also our sofa would be much further away than that one!

Not if you all have recliners - we have this, it's like at the cinema! But then we don't have the TV on unless we specifically have a programme we want to watch.
