Anyone had one fitted?
They look lovely and would be cheaper than the similar style (Integra Soho) offered by Magnet...

I've not got that one but did use Wren. After service was useless, once they have your cash they dont give a shit. Bits missing or damaged, they didnt care, I'd use someone else

themummyway · 07/07/2020 17:11

Yikes, well that told me!
Thanks. I've seen terrible reviews tbh but was hoping for better luck haha

We’ve got the Milano ultra, and had good after service . Used our own fitters

wohmum · 07/07/2020 17:14

We had a couple of damaged doors, and the wrong tap sent, both were replaced within 2 days , and I was also given a length of the trim for free.

I tried to get a design appt and they were awful snooty. I was in my work clothes ( gardener ) so I looked like a tramp I suppose. But it really put me off. Won't be going bank there again. Booked karen (oneplan) to do my design and will shop around with that .

I’m sure there are better options that Wren - I haven’t used them but a lot of people here love DIY kitchens who compare themselves to Wren so I assume they’re in a similar price bracket.

themummyway · 08/07/2020 11:28

I've seen great things about DIY Kitchens. My only worry is that I'd cock it up haha

That's the exact reason I've booked karen !

themummyway · 08/07/2020 14:41

@lookatmememe what's her turnaround time like? And prices?
I feel like she's everyone's favourite in here so wonder how she finds time to do it all!

I had the opposite. the design service was useless but the after service was good. But we went in to change a cupboard and sign the final paperwork. for some reason in adding the additional cupboard they took off the hood which we didn't realise. we also later had to change cupboards as things weren't flush.

VeganVeal · 08/07/2020 17:51

Our Wren designer was useless as well. He didnt have a clue, I should have known then there would be issues. Their CS team was awful, really nasty who ever you spoke to. Didnt even try to resolve any problems

lookatmememe · 08/07/2020 18:33

Hi @themummyway

Only just seen this. Best to give her a call, she'll probably answer out of hours as she's pretty switched on about stuff like that. Pricing starts off with one room and you can add others at amazing discounts if you do them at the same time.
I'm booked for a week in August, and am doing extra rooms in addition to my kitchen, but just the kitchen would be £585. Which I think is very good value . (my whole project works out to less than my plasterers day rate, when you split it by the days booked, and I'm getting extra rooms done too)

foxyknoxy30 · 08/07/2020 18:39

If your in Scotland the kitchen depot is the place to go fantastic service

themummyway · 08/07/2020 18:44

@lookatmememe you are a legend!
Just spoke to Karen and he's squeezing me in as I'm dead set on getting my kitchen sorted soonish

Cool beans! I knew she'd still be taking calls. Probably still working!

PurplePansy05 · 08/07/2020 21:52

I have a different Wren kitchen to these, great service and the kitchen looks beautiful. We used our own fitter. We'd go with Wren again.

Mum2jenny · 08/07/2020 21:55

Given the issues my dd had with her Wren kitchen, there’s no way I’d consider a Wren kitchen under any circumstances.

Bessiebigpants · 08/07/2020 22:07

My mother in law has just had one it’s not quite finished yet Waiting on worktop fitting which was delayed by being missing a panel essential for the worktop to be fitted! Service was ok but planner failed to notice that the extra panel was needed. Also the base units needed to be packed out a bit for the worktop(quartz) to have a decent worktop overhang for the breakfast bar! Apparently the quality is not great for units. doors are nice though A nice touch is the spare sink thing that is for temporary use while you don’t have Worktop and sink Honestly though I think my new kitchen which is an omega one is better quality

bellsbuss · 08/07/2020 23:25

We have an infinity plus kitchen but not the one you're interested , our kitchen is amazing , few damaged units but these were replaced very quickly with no hassle. Used our own fitter and would definitely use Wren again.

Dauphinois · 08/07/2020 23:29

We have a Wren Infinity Plus kitchen and it's lovely! Great service throughout though we used our own fitters as it was part of a bigger building project.

No regrets and a decent price too.
