Hi there. I’m looking at buying a new house, and have viewed one which is lovely, but small. I just need extra space for dining/home working. So, can anyone help with an idea of cost for a conservatory/lean to/summerhouse (I think some summerhouses can be attached to houses). Would be about 3m by 3m. Thanks!
