Is there any insurance would cover electrical work for DIYer? I am planning to replace the switches/sockets at home, just in case something happen so looking for an insurance.

For the sake of the cost of any insurance, why not just pay an electrician? If it's as simple as replacing switches it won't cost too much and will give you peace of mind and won't cause a fire
