Change gu10 bulb

HI All my first post.

We have these ceiling down light Gu10 bulb i believe. We want to replace the bulb with a philips hue gu10 rgb.

I cant seem to get the bulb out does any one have any advise please ?

Twist the circular surround anticlockwise - it should come off with the bulb attached. Then unplug the bulb.

Or use a suction pad.

As per previous poster, but it may also be a fixed unit and you cannot change the bulb. In that case get a very thin screwdriver under the rim and see if it starts sliding out. Ours has a connected just above each unit and easy to disconnect

Switch the power off first though

This is why I hate these spotlights! Twist as pp say but also if that doesn't work try pushing it in as you twist. And save up to replace the system which is what I did....
