Recovering flat roof

Hi there! My kitchen flat roof needs recovering. Happily I’ve managed to get quite a few quotes but I’m unsure what material to go with. Options being offered are felt, fibreglass or a particular brand of single ply membrane called ‘Armourplan’.

Does anyone else have experience of Using Armourplan? The work will include removing the existing felt and new plywood boards. I can’t imagine we would ever need to walk around on the roof but do have local cats who like to sit in the sun up there, as well as Magpies who like to look for bugs etc. so I’m a bit worried a single ply would get damaged. Any experiences / knowledge is welcome!

We had the rubber membrane put on by a local roofing company here about 4 years ago, which I assume is what Armourplan is.

I also have a cat that likes to go up there and numerous birds and we've had no problems at all with it. We have also had it walked on when we had some pointing re-done and it's been fine. I also no longer have to worry about getting a leak when it's lashing down!

Also, just check that because the membrane has a brand name, that you aren't getting ripped off price-wise.
