Hi, you'd think I'd be ok at this having done it twice before, but nope! The planner in me likes to know what to do and when and I just can't remember.

We've had an offer accepted on a property:

✔️ got mortgage in principle
✔️ instructed our solicitor
✔️ sent everything over to our mortgage advisor including proof of funds etc
✔️ mortgage companies valuation happened today (apparently)

What comes next?

If the mortgage valuation is ok, do we then go ahead and organise surveys etc?

I really, really find the stress is amplified by me being unclear on what happens next! I don't want to bother my solicitor at the moment with endless questions.
