Garden house / living

Looking to have a garden house built to be used as a living area for a teenager - can anyone recommend any companies they've used in the midlands who they have been happy with?

I can't help with company recommendations i'm afraid, but just a heads up, if it has a bed in it ("regular sleeping accommodation") it'll need planning permission even if it otherwise falls within all permitted development criteria.
