Hi all, just going through my budget for our extension. We are half way through, and just wanted to check how much people had put aside/ needed when their utility bills came in at the end. It's a 2 story brick extension adding 50+ m². I am expecting hefty water and electricity bills but currently it's a total guess.
We are south east so one of the cheaper water companies.
