Property Renovation Experts - Estimates Needed !

It has a new-ish boiler but that’s it - I’m a single, working mum so would need to get builders in, but could this be turned into a dream home with a budget of £ 100 k ? It’s up north so hopefully building costs won’t be as high as in south east.

I think you need to give folks an idea of what needs done before they can estimate,,,

It depends what you want... I'd look into a downstairs toilet, get a new kitchen (can you knock a wall down for kitchen diner? Or build an extension for same effect & extrabedroom & bathroom upstairs. New family bathroom?

Thanks @Sinuhe ! It needs rewiring, new windows, downstairs loo, remodelled to make kitchen bigger, new front door, painted externally and decor.

And a new bathroom upstairs !

It doesn’t have a floor plan so hard to see what you want doing really.

Roughly for where I live and what I priced up with a builder for some works on a house I wanted to buy

Re wire around 5k
New bathroom from 5-7k this included tiling
Downstairs loo maybe 8-10k Depending on existing plumbing.
Kitchen around 10k depending on what you want done (you can spend 3k to 30k doing one)
Building work for kitchen again 5/6k
Front doors are expensive probably 1-2k depending on what you want.

Not sure about windows or rendering
