We have a Welsh cottage major refurb slowly progressing done by us to tight budget. Dp loves a very long read in the bath, he is 6ft 4. It will be a family bathroom, with bath next to the low deep window. The walls will be lime washed stone and maybe a bit of simple tiling and or tongue and groove. Simple style, modern rustic? So a plain Bette bath looks possible, are they comfortable, warm, strong etc?
