Offer put in at the end of Feb, everything was going pretty well until covid lockdown kicked in and then we just ended up stuck.

Baby is due 23rd July, I am working until the 9th of July.

Currently waiting on searches and enquiries to come back from our solicitors, we have all our finances totally in order and ready.

No chain as we are first time buyers and buying an empty property...

What is happening first baby or house? DH thinks house, I am less optimistic!

Probably the baby! I reserved a new build last summer the weekend we found out I was pregnant. Baby is now 4 months old and I'm still waiting for the keys

Baby...deff baby. buying a house takes forever.

My husband is on a new job probation til October. We have agreed to start looking for a house and start "not preventing" babies in October.

Which will come first?

Yes I thought that might be the case eurgh!

Our rental agreement runs out on the 4th of august so we were hoping to avoid resigning with them again before moving I don't know how long to hold out for. We have a really shitty landlord who insists on locking us into 6 month contracts when we would much prefer to be on a month to month one.
