Damp issue help needed

I have a 1900s Victorian ground floor flat. It gets damp and musty, particularly when the bedroom doors are closed. It affects the bedrooms particularly; sometimes we get mould spores which we clean but it does come back. Pretty sure it's condensation related. We've installed a positive ventilation flat master in the hallway on the advice of a specialist, which has reduced the scale but it still happens. The musty smell, especially on clothes and furnishings is ever present and I really don't know what else to do. Any suggestions? What else could I install or do to alleviate this? 😕

Who was the specialist?

What is he a specialist in?

Try a dehumidifier but you need to find the source of the damp
