Surrey areas to live in

I am looking at moving out of London to a nice green area with more space, a country feel, nice high st, school but still good transport links to London. Any thoughts on these areas: Epsom, Leatherhead, Oxshott, Walton on Thames and any suggestions.

Woking and Guildford have fast and regular commutes to London. Guildford high street is better than Woking.

Godalming is lovely with regular trains to Waterloo.

East or west horsley. Am amazing schools, community, connections into London and Guildford. Beautiful countryside

What is your budget?

Woking has the fastest link back into London but defintely not your country feel village vibe. Areas around it such as Pyrford and west byfleet on the same train line with a better village life. West byfleet is about to be revamped too so good option for investment.
