Nice but plain london bathroom - CP Hart?

We have to replace the bathroom, en suite and downstairs tiny loo in our London terrace. We may have to sell it or rent the house out for a few years in the next few years, so I really want nice classy durable sanitary ware and tiles that are going to be acceptable to tenants or not scare buyers.

I was thinking of duravit and I’d heard someone recommend CP Hart? But builder says they are expensive? I will probably be using white metro tiles with white grouting on walls and henley tiles from topps tiles on the floor - just looking for a very clean and fresh feel really.

I don’t have much time to make decisions and we are in a stressful time in our lives right now so I need to make decisions quickly.

Any advice?

I see from driving past one of their stores that CP Hart have a sale on. What you could do is to look an their stuff, see what you like and then see if you can find it cheaper elsewhere.
