renting process..how long did it take you?

Hi

How long did it take you to rent after you saw the property?

We saw one we liked yesterday, and want to put a deposit down but just waiting to hear back from the agent about the next steps

We need to be out by 30th June. I understand this might not happen, but just wondering roughly how long it took you..The place is vacant.

we did have different living arrangements but that sadly fell through a few days ago so had to look for another place immediately.

if it is empty then it is just a matter of the references, right to rent etc etc. Nothing stopping you chasing those up.

make sure you read the how to rent guide on gov.uk - a legislation cockup means that you won't be given it until you move in which is too late.
