Just wondering if anyone out there has a Falcon range cooker and would either recommend or not?

I bought one 22 years ago, sold it with the house 8 years later and regretted it ever since. Now we are doing up our kitchen and am gutted they are out of our price range. If you can afford it, go fir it. Mercury also are in the aga stable and have a good reputation. We have gone for top of the range stoves range cooker and hope it's almost as good

I bought one 8 years ago when we did the kitchen. I have the induction deluxe in black. I love it. Still looks brand new. Easy to clean. Never had any bother with it.

I have the duel fuel 1095 and love it. Everything about it is so solid and reliable. The central burner is pretty fierce, but perfect for woks. I had an Aga at my old house and use the Falcon like it for slow roasting (but without the horrendous bills). It’s also reliable for baking, and having the two ovens and 5 rings makes Sunday roasts much easier. I have also had a Rangemaster and while I never had a problem with that, it feels lightweight and flimsy compared with the Falcon. If we move again, I would either take this one with me, or buy another for sure.

Think there was a threrad on here last week saying theirs wasn't that great but many more reviews saying they're very decent. Bit over budget for me, I went with a Stoves one

Thanks - really interested in your feedback. Now I have to admit I actually have a Falcon and am finding it a nightmare to clean as the top element in the main oven is exposed and fat gets behind it and the fan whenever I roast and then the kitchen fills with smoke... Side panels don't seem to self-clean as adversities either. I've paid to have it professionally cleaned and although the chap did the best he could to get behind the element it's really not helped. Is the top element exposed in your main oven or is it enclosed (like the bottom one)?
