Recommended Conveyancers?

After the death of my parents, we're selling their house (probate applied for etc), and in fact have had an offer from a neighbour before we got as far as it going on the market which is brilliant.

Its years since I last moved, but we used a specialist conveyancer then rather than a solicitors firm, and it went very smoothly compared to when we'd used a solicitor.

Any recommendations for firms you've used recently?

We used Bishopsgate law recently for a house purchase. They were great - fab comms, super fast processing and affordable quote. We went from offer to completion in less than three months. I’d really thoroughly recommend them.

I would try and get one local to where you live. Do a google search or better still ask local friends if anyone can recommend. It’s always handy if you need to pop in and sign documents.
