Hi not sure if anyone can help with this.
The bottom seal on our front door is broken. It comes away from the door each time it opens, which is also damaging it further. I've attached a couple of pictures for reference. One of the top bits of rubber has broken off for a length of it so it doesn't stay within the grooves on the door.
I've been looking online & after not seeing any matches in regular places, contacted a number of seal specific companies, all who say they don't have a seal to match. One company could potentially help if I sent them a bit of the seal for reference, but they only sell their stock in 50m lengths & cost a min of £110.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to help me sort this out. Is there any such thing as a universal seal I can use instead, or should I just remove it completely.
