North East facing garden -help !!

Hi
We love a bungalow And we were about to put an offer in on it . We have found out it has a north east garden 🙁
From reading this appears to not be good , as an idea we love the sun , have 2 small children so want them to be out , and currently have an east facing garden
Will this be too much of a compromise ?
Please help !
