How likely is a change of use from C1 to D2?

What questions should we ask?

Actually I think it's like a pub tenancy so that's no good

Don't take on a lease without the right planning permission in place and definitely not from a pub co!!

I know a pub lease would be a nightmare

Such a shame but I should have noticed the price - if it looks too good to be true it probably is
