We had our AIP in March, all financial checks have been done, all searches by the solicitor etc but we are still waiting for TSB to carry out the survey on our (hopefully) new property. It's so frustrating as everything else is in place and our seller is on the phone daily. I do appreciate there is a backlog but TSB haven't even given us a timeframe of when it will be carried out. Is anyone else in the same position?
