Home office in garden

Does anyone have any experience of building a home office in the garden?

It needs to be useable all year round and also include some storage as we wouldn’t have space for the shed as well.

Can anyone suggest a company they have used?

We got ours from Waltons and we are really pleased with it. We went with a log cabin & then added insulation ourselves rather than one of their garden rooms but that's because we were on quite a tight budget!

Be very careful about the payment options. I used Crane - paid 25% upfront as a holding deposit. They then want the whole lot a month before delivery and whilst that is fine in normal times - if they don't deliver because of another lockdown, you are very vulnerable.

In my experience getting any money back out of them seems to be impossible.

A local builder might be a better otpion at the moment.
