Buying a house in Leamington Spa/ Warwickshire

Hi,

We are looking to buy a home in Leamington Spa, Warwick or Kenilworth. We have been renting here for a while but are still fairly new to the area. House prices vary quite a bit depending on where you look within each area. Would really love to know which are the best places within these areas to look? Eg, any specific roads or suburbs. Are there any particular areas to avoid?

We are looking around £500k mark.

Thanks in advance for your help! Smile

Can you be more specific about what you're looking for? Number of beds? Size of garden? Where are you renting at the moment? Do you like it there? Do you have DC? How old are they? What are your preferences schooling wise? Religious/non religious/private? Where are your jobs based for transport links?

E.g. if you work at the university south Leamington would be a pain. If you work at the technology park it's ideal.
