Is house viewing safe?

Hello all, I have my house on the market for sale and I am wondering if it is sensible at all to have a stranger come into the house to view the property at all. I mean, the dangers of contracting the virus are higher indoors. Is anyone else allowing viewings? I have 2 young kids at home. I am wondering if I should cancel the viewing now as my kids have been at home for 12 weeks and I have been very careful and haven't allowed anyone into my home at all. What do u all think?

I've viewed a few houses in the last and a couple of vendors gave us masks and gloves to wear so you could always do that if you can get some?

Last week that should say

Also with all of ours the sellers and EA stood outside whilst we looked around by ourselves so as to not break social distancing

I have someone coming to view mine today, the EA has asked me to leave all the doors open so no one needs to touch anything and has asked if they and our household have any symptoms. We'll also go out while they're here to help with social distancing.

I'm not too concerned, but both my husband and I are low risk and have been trying to sell for ages now due to a previous chain falling through in Feb, so we took a personal risk assessment and decided we didn't want to say no. The only trouble is that with a lack of visitors I'm now in the process of having to make it look presentable...

We haven't been to see any post lockdown yet but probably will next weekend.
