I have recently noticed cracks in plaster along the skirting board on the landing. There was one to the left of a socket but it is now on the right to and can see a hair line crack down the stairs too.
Spoke quickly to a builder this morning and he will look tomorrow fingers crossed. But he said I probably need a structural engineer. If this is the case do I need to go through my insurance or would mentioning it to insurance when I don't know the issue
