I have just a few days to buy, test and decide on a colour for my living room and I'm stuck.
I have pebble shore eggshell on my downstairs skirting and doors, which I love. It's not a harsh/blue grey. I have one wall which is Crown Toasted Almond, which I'm 99% sure I will keep unless I can find a very slightly darker shade.
Now, it's just the other 3 walls. They are currently Crown Soft Ochre, and are just too cream, especially for the grey trim. I don't want pure white walls. I've been looking for a very pale creamish/warm white grey, something lighter than pebble shore so that the trim colour still shows up. But I'm stuck.
The main contender is dulux Just Walnut. It's showig up on some walls as an off white grey, but I am worried when the walls are all finished it will be too similar to the skirting and just look dull!
Any suggestions appreciated. I don't want to end up with millions of testers this time
