Hi everyone,
We're hoping to build another bedroom on top of our ground floor extension at some point next year. Length is 26ft and width is 10ft.
We've had a structural engineer around and the foundations are strong enough. I just wondered if anyone had a ball park figure for the build? We wouldn't be putting in another bathroom.
