Moving to Chester-le-Street

Hi all, I'm looking at moving house with my husband and 3 year old and there is a house we really like in Chester-Le-Street but we are not really sure about the area it's in as don't know Chester-le-street. Its around Bullion Lane and the avenues. Does anyone know anything about this area that could help us decide.
