Anyone waiting for a physical mortgage valuation - we are buying privately not through and agent and the house has never been sold before. Mortgage company said we'd have a valuation date by yesterday but now they say they're not sure when as there are so many to do. We were due a valuation the week after lockdown happened so thought we'd be front-is of the queue.
We have agreement subject to valuation, the rest of the paperwork is complete and waiting for this so we can exchange!
