We're FTB and found a couple of nice looking project houses in Redhill/Reigate area, near St Bedes school (Woodcrest Walk). Our reservation is that the bottom of the road is opposite Timperley Gardens which doesn't have the best feel to it. Does anyone know the area and can confirm/deny our suspicions? Or if you have any recommendations of parts of Redhill/Reigate that are nicer? Budget is about up to £375k but ideally would like £350k.
