Bathrooms - Hudson Reed/ultra finishings?

Any feedback on the above please? Bathrooms seem to be an absolute minefield, and a whole bunch of different brands appear to be made by a company called ultra finishings. Not much about them online, a handful of disgruntled people people, but they are high volume (as far as I can tell they make almost anything own brand for eg Victorian plumbing et al) so perhaps they’re ok? We have chosen a Hudson Reed freestanding bath and tap, and am just wondering whether to get the matching shower or look for something totally different. FWIW, bathrooms seem to be so much more complicated than kitchens

I’ve just bought Hudson Reed taps and showers for two bathrooms, so I hope they’re good! Fitted in one and so far so good - seem good and solid and they’re all chrome plated brass. Our plumber is German and swears by Grohe but it’s all too modern for my taste. He thought the HR stuff seemed good though. We’ve got stuff in the Hudson reed traditional range (whatever it’s called, I forget).

Thanks - I think they look nice but I’m completely out of my depth

They're not great at honouring guarantees/warranties tbh.

Ah interesting @Bluesheep8 because my internet trawl found some old MN threads where you had recently used them and were pleased. Has something happened to change your mind?

I have a hudson reed basin in my bathroom which I'm happy with. Would be keen to know the issue around warranties
