I recently acquired one of those little 3-legged Indian plant stand/tables, and I love it… except it keeps tipping over!

How can I fix this?

It's almost identical to the one in the photo.

Sounds like the top
Is too large for leg width/coverage.

Could you attach pieces of wood to the bottom of each leg that are slim and long to extend how far they stick out? Stain them to match the colour.

Are the legs collapsing because you haven't positioned them correctly?

Is it drunk?

@RandomMess Thanks—I wondered about doing something like that. I wonder if putting a sort of paw-foot on it would work. (Although it might look naff!)

@mineofuselessinformation The legs are definitely positioned correctly—there is only one way to position them as they fit into grooves on the underside of the table top.

Bruce I wondered where all my gin was disappearing to!
