Hi
NHBC weren't interested in this said hairline settlement and not structural
I had a builder take a look he confirmed not structural as there is a catnic lintel underneath actually taking all the weight he said you could replace it for £500 but in honestly all he would recommend doing is filling it. Its not going to cause an issue
i am still worried about it. Do you think the advice i have is right?

We are buying a house with a similar fault and our surveyor has said it is fine. We could replace for cosmetic reasons, but at a minimum it will filling to prevent water ingress which would cause issues.
